Another project in 2021 was making decorations for The Christmas tree festival that was held in St John’s Church, Hythe. All proceeds went to the Hythe 2000 project. Our tree was sold for £35.00, this price compared favourably with other trees of a similar size. About seven ladies made decorations but Joyce made by far the biggest contribution with about 35 machine embroidered white cotton medallions. They were beautiful and in several different patterns. |

Christmas bags made for the local food bank, members filled them with donated goodies. |

Our ongoing project making quilts for the premature babies, these were made by Lynne. |
The group have made all these Christmas stockings - 49 in all - for the homeless. They willl be filed with items members alao donated.
The group were asked to bring fabrics or unfinished blocks and these quilts for Linus were created from them.
They were made by Ann Purdy, Wendy Axtonn, Jill Tillman and Barbara Ansty.
