ANZAC Biscuits
Makes approx 36 biscuits
- Preheat oven to 150dec C
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Melt butter and syrup in large saucepan
- Mix bicarb with boiling water and add to melted butter
- Add melted butter and syrup to dry ingredients in large bowl
- Mix until moist but firm consistency
- Drop teaspoons of mix onto greased tray
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown
