Show-n-Tell
As an active group our members always have something interesting to show us at each meeting.

This week we had our usual Show-n-Tell plus Wendy did a display of some of her work. Accumulated over time she proved not every quilt has to be huge and provided us all with lots of ideas for future work.

This week Sue M made up some of her unfinished projects and produced these lovely baby quilts. |

Ros bought this as an unfinished project from our recent sale and finished it off as a play/changing mat for a baby. |
 Mary designed this quilt and made it using up leftover fabric. |
 Jill T was bag making this time and made this one from a pattern she found on the internet. |

At our meeting a few weeks ago Wendy showed us how to sew a 6 inch 'house' block by hand. These are some of those finished. Wendy has offered to make them into a quilt to be used as a raffle prize. |

Jean went one further with her house block and made four! She did them as seasonal place mats for her daughter. |

Ros has been busy, at the request of her granddaughter, making this lovely fairy. Still awaiting her wings and boots but once Ros does those she will be off to her new home before our next meeting! |
